Our client is a food flavor and fragrance company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Manage sales and business development for both the dealer market and direct food manufacturing clients.
- Foster strong relationships with all customers in the market area to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify potential customers and devise strategies to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Drive customer demand by comprehending their technological and commercial flavor preferences then relay this information to the technical department for solutions.
- Conduct research on regional market trends and insights.
- Gain an understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of pricing sales and activity reports.
- Exemplify the companys values ethics and pride through exemplary behavior.
- Stay informed about clients business initiatives and future plans analyzing their potential impact on business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of Sales experience in B2B specializing in products such as Flavors Fragrances Food Ingredients or Cosmetic Ingredients targeted towards manufacturing companies operating in the Food Beverage Cosmetics Homecare or Personal Care industries.
- Proven experience in acquiring new customers.Diploma or Degree in Food Technology Business Administration Business Management Sales or Marketing.
- Proficient in English.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
