Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or masters degree in any discipline
- A selfmotivated with a high level of ownership & able to manage personnel and provide guidance to a team where appropriate.
- Excellent Conversational skills and ability to deliver on time with quality
- Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- At least 10 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter with strong Requirements Gathering Solution Design Functional and implementation knowledge coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills
- Data Modeling and Migration experience.
- Expert in Configuration & Building solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements
- Expert in Teamcenter customization involving ITK SOA BMIDE Rich Client plugin & AWC
- To ensure successful initiation planning execution control and completion of large and medium sized complex project through monitoring tracking & control
- Lead overall project development production support and maintenance activities
- Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation
- Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management Change management Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration Material Management IMM TcRA Substance Compliance Teamcenter Manufacturing etc
- Experience in integrating Teamcenter with MCADECADMESERP Polarion ALMCRP and other bespoke applications
- Experience in building functional and technical specification documents using latest tools like JIRA Azure Cloud Confluence
- Experience in Teamcenter deployment on Cloud Solution like AWS Azure Google
- Indepth knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture
- Knowledge in install/sysadmin/troubleshooting with integrations on SAP Oracle MES System MCAD & ECAD
- Serve as the SPOC for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work motivate mentor and develop subordinates.
- Experience with data migration mapping data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications Tc Enterprise etc.
- Previous migration experience with Enterprise PLM ERP or MES systems.
- Having good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schema of BOM document management change management manufacturing planner
- Well versed with Agile project methodology and Sprint wise delivery
- Knowledge in MES Applications will be added advantage
