Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of commercial matters, including IP, negotiations, agreements, and legal dispute.
  • Advise either as a claimant or a defendant in cases.
  • Preparing all documents required to file cases including briefs, pleadings, and court documents.
  • Work closely with external legal counsel and advise management on legal issues related to transactions, disputes, and litigation.
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast – environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors’ degree in law and bar qualification.
  • 6-8 years post- qualification in a law firm or relevant corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial Law.
  • Ability to manage case files, claims and litigation.
  • Advocacy skills an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent time and stress management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Arabic is must.
