Position Overview:
We are seeking someone to lead our ambitious project to transition into a fully AIdriven company. This executive will be responsible for implementing artificial intelligence solutions that will automate ALL current humanperformed tasks within the company including customer service compliance antifraud measures and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the companys goals and operational needs

• Be involved in the development and deployment of AI technologies across various departments ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency

• Lead the development team to make use of current AI models and tools to automate all tasks currently performed by humans

• Engage with department heads to understand their processes and lead the process to use AI to automate all such processes

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations such as data protection and privacy

• Manage relationships with AI technology providers consultants and other external partners

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in AI to keep CoinClan at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or extensive experience in a leadership role within technology or AI fields

• Strong technical background in AI machine learning and related technologies

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry particularly in cryptocurrency and blockchain is highly desirable

• Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of articulating complex technical details to nontechnical stakeholders

• Strategic and visionary thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions at scale
