Adelphi is looking to recruit Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Language Therapist to work at a facility in Porterville California. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing individualized treatment plans conducting therapy sessions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:
Perform initial evaluations caseload management and assessments.
Administer diagnostic tests prepare reports and summaries on diagnosis prognosis progress and recommendations.
Provide recommendations for followup treatment observations examinations.
Confer with team members and employees regarding progress and treatment.
Provide documentation clinical examinations assessments or evaluations performed.
May train employees in therapeutic procedures and methods of motivating clients toward communications strategies.
Provide assessment and remediation of communication needs of clients which includes speech voice fluency and language.
Evaluate need for augmentative communication devices that may be necessary based on referrals.
Any other duties as assigned.
