Business Analyst-Customer Success

Role & Responsibilities:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Coordinate with prospective broker/banks and give product demo.

Represent Rupeeseed and be the bridge between the client and the development team.

Provide timely updates to all the stake holders.

Test the applications and developments to ensure it is as per client requirements and expectations.

Must have good understanding of CAMS/KARVY RTA files like transaction file Commission and trail fee SIP etc. and Mutual fund operations

Experience: 4 to 5 years experience

Location: Mumbai Borivali East Western Edge Corporate Park

Primary Skills: Mutual Fund OR MF Operations Insurance Knowledge of RTA/CAMS/KARVY

Good Communication & Client Coordination
