Soft Familiarity with Agile and Kanban framework; true contractor mentality and experience within API (this person should be able to have enough experience and knowledge of applications and API environments that they will be able to take initiative make educated recommendations and show strong enough API QA ability to executed tasks and test cases with little to no error). Personal examples of strong QA qualities and stories to back up credibility is a MUST.

While this team encourage a strong work/family life balance it is meeting heavy and relies strongly on every team member which makes time to respond and meeting attendance a crucial part. This position will need to be viewed as on site in reference to the commitment to your work when on Company time.

Notes:

Must Haves:

Strong API QA experience

Agile/Kanban familiarity

Jira

Salesforce of some kind

Plus:

QNXT (Super plus I will rank these higher than anyone without)

Salesforce (Health cloud/marketing cloud/sales cloud some not all)

certs within QA/API related.

Day to Day: Working on getting any additional detail; but this person will be supporting health care and health plan API Quality Assurance within the Digital team. Ive mentioned some detail above about the team workstreams and technical stack.
