FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
The ENGINEERING Technician task is to ensure the overall upkeep of the facility their handling is within company’s standard. Could easily adapt working with peers contractors and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily monitoring of site/s facilities equipment and leased office
• Update all Monitoring Forms
• Maintains basic facilities and office space ensuring the show readiness of all areas
• Ensures that periodic preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities such as but not limited to airconditioning system fire extinguisher emergency lights emergency exit signages are properly implemented and followed as scheduled
• Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system
• Performs basic onsite repairs as needed for electrical mechanical. Plumbing and civil works
• Task in hauling facilities assets/materials from site to site
• Monitor and assist third party vendors on their activities and projects (if any)
• Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations
• Travel to other office sites
• Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:
• Knowledgeable in electrical mechanical plumbing and civil works (two of any)
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration and airconditioning and fire protection
• Can work with minimum supervision and on fast phased environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses certificate Bachelor’s/College Degree
• At least two (2) years working experience related to Facilities management and/or building maintenance
• Can use MS office applications and is computer literate
