We are recruiting on behalf of our client a world s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

The project:

You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature and enforcing policy decisions related to content handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
  
• Review classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to the parameters defined by the client;
  
• Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders instructions procedures related and complementary to the role;
  
• Perform outbound calls during the investigation to collect proofs of their complains from drivers and customers.
  

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Fluency in Czech / Romanian / Croatian / Latvian / Estonian (must be at least C1)
  
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
  

What you will gain:

• Base salary: 1260 gross per month
  
• Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
  
• You will also receive payment for completing the training
  
• The first contract for 12 months It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
  
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
