Order Processing VA

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for a detailminded and problemsolving Order Processing VA to join our team!

What will you do

• You ll follow the clients order processing SOPs with 100% accuracy minimizing shipping errors and ensuring timely deliveries.
  

• You ll solve some information problems and make sure packages get delivered to the right place
  

• Youll be working with a lot of information like names addresses and order details.
  

• Youll work with others to make sure orders are processed smoothly.
  

Requirements

Youre the perfect fit if you

• Have at least 12 years of virtual assistant experience
  

• Are extremely detail and process oriented
  

• Have strong time management skills and attention to detail
  

• Are a fast learner (order processing training will be provided on the job)
  

• Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
  

• Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients
  

• Very detail oriented please include the phrase Order Processing Rockstar in your CV or letter
  

• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
  

• Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
