Virtual Rockstar is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Front Office Coordinator to join our client s Physical Therapy team. As the Virtual Front Office Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client s clinic by managing various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to patients.
Responsibilities:
Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Greet patients and provide directions within the facility.
Coordinate with medical staff to manage daily schedules.
Follow up with patients postsession to ensure satisfaction.
Verify patient insurance coverage and update patient files with insurance information.
Explain insurance benefits to patients and assist with insurancerelated queries.
Liaise with insurance providers to clarify coverage details and track pending insurance claims.
Post payments to patient accounts.
Utilize Go High Level Hellonote EMR and Google G Suites efficiently (experience with these platforms is a plus).
Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using Go High Level Hellonote EMR and Google G Suites (or similar platforms).
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is advantageous.
