Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors for quantity takeoff and
preparing BOQs. Making sure the quantities are accurate. Conducting an audit to check
the accuracy of quantification.
Responsible for cost management. Estimating the cost for whole project which includes
civil works finishes and services infrastructure works.
Making corrections and updates in the original cost plans with variance analysis towards
market escalations project delays and changes in project execution strategies.
Preparing and tracking of the budgets at various stages of the project from design stage
to completion of the project. Responsible for the accuracy and audit ability of the budget.
Controlling & updating with systematic periodic reviews during the entire tenure of the
project.
Preparing monthly cashflows as per the construction schedule and working out value
engineering options with the design team.
Construction management & procurement for reducing the cost of execution and
analysing the design to ensure that the same is not over engineered.
Providing relevant information related to consumption and expenses linked to
construction to enable the construction team to deliver the project in a costefficient
manner.
Finalization of consultants vendors and contractors.
Ensuring timely submission of MIS reports cost to completion statements final bills
balance receivable statements etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 1020 Yrs. of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
Should have experience on handling multiple projects at a time and working from
corporate office/head office will be preferred.
Should have experience on handling High Rise Residential / Commercial projects.
Must have worked on Senior Manager or above position.
He should be working in Hyderabad.
