NAs client in San Francisco Ca is looking for a Product Manager for customer experience. This person will come with experience working on Product and eCommerce initiatives. We are looking for someone who has experience working on improving and optimizing the website and customer journey experience which includes the logic of the user interface.
There are many initiatives for 2024 that are related to the ecommerce experience anything they can do to increase conversion over all (customers purchasing the items in their cart) but even increase the value of purchase and number of items purchased (i.e. building a cart of related products think personalization and product recommendations). Our ideal candidate is energetic highly motivated and a demonstrated leader whose management style is founded in collaboration and driving consensus. The job requires excellent technical problem solving and communication skills as well as a motivational capability and knowledge of standards within ecommerce platforms. An important aspect of this role is working cross functionally.
Must haves:
Seeking a talented product manager with ecommerce experience passionate about the online customer journey/experience.
Understand the customer experience between aspects like product information page category pages navigation and/or shopping chart/checkout.
Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders gathering requirements and documenting those requirements in the form of user stories; plus working with development teams.
Experience with Jira and Confluence specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams
Drive functional backlog prioritization and lead various requirement discussions for product enhancements.
