Job Description
What you will do
- Lead and drive Agile POD operations fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the POD team and the Product Owner (Brand Manager) ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies helping them embrace Agile principles and implement best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or roadblocks working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues.
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of project milestones.
What you will need
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Project Management Pharmaceutical Sciences Business Administration).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Scrum certification or equivalent Agile training is required.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles practices and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
