Innkeeper

Job Summary:

The ElmRock Inn seeks a dedicated and experienced Innkeeper to join our team. As an Innkeeper you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences managing daily operations and maintaining the overall upkeep of the inn. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations checkins and checkouts
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the inn
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional manner
• Addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and efficiently
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
