Technical Trainer VRF and RAC

Our client is a leading global consumer electronics company currently seeking to hire a Technical Trainer specializing in VRF and RAC.

Position Overview:

As a Technical Executive (VRF and RAC), your primary responsibilities will encompass service administration activities. These include overseeing technical support, warranty management, service Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management, spare parts management, service promotion, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and technical support to service partners in collaboration with relevant domains and factories.
• Manage technical support and training for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HA/AC) sub-category.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record in the consumer electronics industry.
