Requirements

• Diploma or B. Tech in Engineering (Electrical or Renewable Energy)
• 3+ Years of Experience in Managing Solar Energy Projects
• Strong Familiar with Solar System Components and Installation Processes
• Proficient in Project Management Software and tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Problem solving mindset and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  

Responsibilities

• Manage Solar Projects Activities including planning, design, installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with the clients, contractor, consultants and internal teams to ensure project objectives,
• Timelines and budget are met.
• Oversee preparation of project documentation, including construction plans, procurement documents, and project schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate the viability of solar installations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and regulations related to solar energy system.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
