Shift Notes: 12hr Nights 36hr Guarantee. NOTE: WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY 7 PM AND ENDS SATURDAY 6.59 PM

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/ Holidays required as needed

OnCall Requirements: No Call

Travel Policy: LOCAL TRAVELERS (within 50 miles of the facility) WHO HAVE EXTENSIVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE (2 years) WILL BE CONSIDERED AT A 10% REDUCTION OF THE POSTED RATE. This is nonnegotiable.

Level 4 Trauma Center

** WILL MAKE CONTACT WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR ANY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE THEY ARE INTERESTED IN THAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION !

** MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A FASTPACED WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FULL PATIENT LOAD. PLEASE NOTE PATIENT RATIOS IN EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE.

** NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION ANY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED AFTER THE TIME OF SUBMISSION AND SHOULD NOT BE REQUESTED BY THE AGENCY OR TRAVELER AT ANY POINT AFTER SUBMISSION INCLUDING DURING THE INTERVIEW PER FACILITY! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELERS ARE AWARE.

** RTO for the 4th of July and Labor Day will not be approved.

** A THREESTRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: After 3 calloffs a travelers contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at the centers discretion.

** Traveler will be working with COVID patients at times.

• 3 Years CURRENT MS experience Required
• 5 Years of Nursing Experience Required
• BSN Preferred
• Sorian EMR experience Preferred
• Two Years of Previous travel experience Required

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
• License: Must be uploaded with profile
• Certifications: Must be uploaded with a profile or listed in the profile that they currently have them

• BLS (AHA)
