Temp - Rad Tech - General Days Mesa AZ

This position performs prescribed procedures following department/facility policies procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to the patient population.

• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered please include a copy in the submission
• Minimum 2 years of current Rad Tech experience REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION REQUIRED
• No License Hits REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

• Resume with all facilities facility size beds trauma level and units listed
• Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Certifications (must be active at the time of submission)
