Container xChange is the leading online platform for container logistics and operations. We simplify the logistics of global trade making the processes surrounding the container as simple as the container itself by providing a neutral infrastructure for all logistics companies.

The role: As a Sales Development Representative for theAmericas Market you have a direct impact on our revenue as a part of our hunter pack identifying qualifying and booking highquality demos for our Account Executives.

Location: This is a hybrid position (onsite with WFH possibilities) in Hamburg. Being part of the US market you will work in the US time zone (14:00 CET to 23:00 CET). We are located in the heart of Hamburg and would like you to be based here for this position. However if you are not in Hamburg already xChange offers a relocation package and has partnered with Localyze to assist with work permitrelated topics to make it possible.

Requirements

Your Impact:

  • Identify and qualify new sales prospects
  • Be the first point of contact through outbound calls emails and networking
  • Set up product demos with leads and the sales team
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize lead qualification and customer approach
  • Master Salesforce with our Sales Managers to track key insights throughout the sales process

What makes you a great fit

  • Eager to kickstart your sales career prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A gogetter mentality with a passion for sales and personal growth
  • A strong desire to master container logistics and international trade continuously learning and improving expertise.
  • Fluency in English all additional languages are a plus
