Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team in Manila NCR Philippines. As a fulltime HR Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our companys goals and objectives by managing various HR functions and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards

Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings resume screening and conducting interviews

Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs

Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits

Maintain and update employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees

Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees on HRrelated matters

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees

Handle exit interviews and provide support for offboarding processes

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment

Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a fastpaced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Someone who is conservative team player can work well with others.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software

Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to work on a Hybrid setup (4 days office 1 day wfh)
