Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project goals
  
• Create wireframes prototypes and design specifications
  
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and best practices
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
  
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles
  
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies is a plus
