JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Your Responsibilities as an Operations Support would be:
Independently perform a full range of varied complex responsible for office administrative secretarial advanced clerical and routine programmatic support functions of a general or specialized nature in support of operations department.
Email Management: Monitor prioritize and respond to emails of staff stakeholders and vendors as needed.
Reporting: works with data research on various topics compile information and prepare reports and presentations as required.
Task Prioritization: Assist in identifying and prioritizing tasks and projects ensuring deadlines are met.
Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic files databases and documents.
Expense Management: Track expenses prepare expense reports and reconcile receipts.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
Prepare and file forms and other documents
Assist with operations and onboarding processes
Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
Update logs and order forms
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager

Qualifications as an Operations Support:
Graduate of any Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum of 23 years of work experience as an Operations Assistant or other similar administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
Preferably with experience or knowledge with import/export and logistics
Proficiency and proven handson experience with office management systems
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of office administration.
Organizational skills with an ability to think proactively multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Exceptional conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
Technologically proficient time savvy and has indepth knowledge with online calendars system.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Knowledge of records management principles and procedures including record keeping and filing principles and practices.
