Business Development Manager ( Techno Sales )
1.Mechanical or Civil Engineering Graduates.
2. At least 1 2 years corporate experience in techno sales ( Solution based Value Selling )
3. Having experience in selling either one of the below given products.
a) Cutting tools
b)CNC Lathe Machines
c)Power Tools
4. Capable of Identifying distributors and generating business through them.
5. Identifying market opportunities and converting them into business.
6.Developing and maintaining good rapport with Internal & External customers.
7. Ability to prepare and present Techno Commercial comparisons.
8. Should be Presentable & have good communication skills.
( Knowledge of the local language is a must )
9. Should be a good Team player.
10. Positive attitude
11. Willingness to learn.
12. Strong on Integrity
13. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
14. Prior experience of Distributor management would be an added advantage.
