The responsibilities

• Localize Global Web Content: Translate proofread and adapt global web content.
• Review Global Web Content: Regularly review global pages to ensure compliance with brand guidelines accuracy of information and SEO best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Localize Newsletter Planning:
• Develop a comprehensive newsletter plan by collaborating with headquarters and internal stakeholders.
• Create engaging emails using marketing cloud and generate reports to analyze performance metrics and insights.
• Localize Global CRM Content: Proofread translate and adapt global CRM content to suit local requirements.

• Localize Social Media Planning: Translate proofread and schedule social media content for the Facebook page. Coordinate local LinkedIn planning to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

• Coordination with External Agency: Collaborate with external agencies for copywriting and translations ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

The ideal candidate

In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

• Experience & knowledge Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field is required. We are specifically looking for a Young Graduate meaning previous professional experience is not necessary.
  
• Tools Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp Dato WordPress or others is preferred. For example you learned about these tools in the school environment or during an internship.
  
• Communication skills Excellent communication skills are needed with fluency in English French and Dutch. All communications with our headquarters are taking place in English. Common language within the Belgian organization is Dutch our external communications are taking place in French and Dutch.
  
• Multitasking spider You have a strong attention to quality and you have the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Handson You can count on your proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
