As the Director of Information Technology your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the IT strategy systems and infrastructure of our company. Youll play a crucial role in aligning IT initiatives with our business objectives ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology environment and collaborating with our business partners to meet our daily operational needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligning with the companys objectives.
- Manage deploy and optimize IT infrastructure systems and applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the companys data and information systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster organizational innovation.
- Oversee IT budgets and vendor relationships and assist in contract negotiations.
- Provide streamlined solutions for data delivery to clients vendors and staff.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in Information Technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and practical use.
- Working knowledge of Visual Basic and PowerShell.
- Ability to utilize SharePoint in collaboration with vendors and clients.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
