Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a hunter at heart and often Qrious first contact into a prospect organization. Are you an expert at outbound prospecting and cold calls Were scaling rapidly and it is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenge is eager to learn and is passionate about succeeding at these tasks. As a rapidly growing SaaS company with a highperformance team and a collaborative culture where employee innovation and ideas are encouraged this position is vital to Qrious success. In this position the SDR partners closely with the founding team to drive pipeline for net new logos. This role will be unique as you will have the opportunity to prospect for cold contacts as well as close inbound marketing leads. We need a proactive and highinitiative individual to fill this role. Your success will have a big impact on the bottom line of Qrious and you will be directly able to tie your efforts to the success of the company.
What You ll Do:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to design and execute strategic customer engagement initiatives including crafting messaging for key target accounts.
Provide baseline research and intelligence within target accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
Prospect into target accounts via outbound prospecting networking email emarketing campaigns and social outreach
Transition meaningful sales leads into the pipeline
Montior and experiment with different messaging formats and prospecting channels to continually improve our outreach efforts
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Qrious Platform and product offerings and clearly articulate its capabilities and advantages to decision makers
Contribute to critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting reporting CRM maintenance correspondence and communications)
Drive attendance to various events (webinars roadshows conferences etc.) and provide postevent follow up
Nurture leads generated by Marketing and book meetings with warm prospects
Contribute to new ideas about how we can engage prospects and secure meetings booked with our sales process

What Youll Need:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in a Sales or Business Development role preferably using email phone or social media outreach
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Be based in and living in the USA
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful experience in a similar role preferably lead generation/sales development preferred.
Zoho CRM experience is strongly preferred but any CRM experience is preferred.
Experience with ZoomInfo or other contact databases.
Experience with Sales engagement platforms such as Sales loft Reply.io ZoomInfo Engage or similar
Proven track record of creating revenue generating opportunities and quota attainment
Proven ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with a professional demeanour
Selfmotivated with strong propensity for action results and continuous improvement
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes programs and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel preferrable but not necessary

Candidates must have a dedicated and professional workspace at home or in a dedicated office/coworking space ensuring a productive and distractionfree environment conducive to professional activities. This space should be equipped with reliable internet access.
