Title Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of Retirement Systems Pension systems/Domain EXPERIENCE and a total 7 years of professional experience (Remote work)
A Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science IT Management Math Business or a related field. Masters degree a plus
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role for the design development and implementation of largescale Pension solutions
Experience evaluating business requirements and working with subject matter experts (SME) and technical analysts (TA) to translate into a functional design
Proven ability to develop task plans manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities and meet target deadlines
Analytically approaches tasks and focuses on defining a solution to the root need of the task
Experience with multiple implementation methodologies (e.g. AGILE waterfall)
Experience with business processing modeling or BPMN
Understanding of entity relationships and data structures (Experience with SQL or querying data structures)
CBAP ECBA or PMIPBA certification
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly articulate technical solutions to nontechnical staff.
Must be US Citizen or have permanent or valid work status in the US.
