CSR Activities:

Milestones to be mandatorily met:
Financial Year ending March 31 st Completion of CSR obligation (spending).
May Reporting to the CSR Committee of the 3M India Board.
July Annual report Publishing.
Nov Half yearly report to the CSR Committee of the 3M India Board.
All the above are statutory obligations and must be met in full.
Expected work experience: 34 years of work experience in a CSR role for midsize company
(Approx CSR Budget < 7 CR)
Detailed Role Description:
Strategy Operationalization
Support CSR Manager in operationalizing CSR strategy around three focus areas
Education Community Environment.
Ideate with Sattva on new programmes as per CSR strategy Skilling Innovation
Challenge.
Monitor progress of CSR programs through monthly connects with NGOs and Sattva.
Develop Impact framework for each program and track metrics on an annual basis.
Financial management and reporting
Manage CSR budget for all entities of 3M in India eligible under CSR obligation 3M
India Limited 3M Electro & Communications Pvt. Ltd and 3M Samco. (Budget for 2024
will range between $1 million and $1.3 million will be finalized in May after conclusion
of the India financial year).
Support the CSR Manager in providing updates on the progress of CSR initiatives to the
3M India Board of Directors twice in a financial year November and May.
Compile CSR reports for 3M India Annual reports and other reports specified by MCA
(Ministry of Corporate Affairs) this is extensive and time consuming.

Stakeholder Management & Communications
Manage relationships with NGOs CSR agency and Internal CSR Committee.
Identify impact stories for internal and external storytelling.
Provide updates or conduct CSR Committee meetings to review and update on
proposals and seek approval on new programs.

Employee volunteering
Identify volunteering opportunities in CSR programs to drive employee volunteering.
Lead and organize Equity in Action Day activities for 3M employees in India.
Grant management
Lead CSR disbursement process and complete compliance processes like Integrity
Assessments GEMSC requests for timely disbursements of grants to nonprofits.
Prepare and review drafts of MOUs agreements and amendments of agreements in
consultation with Legal.
