Requirements

What do we need

• Native level of German.
• Advanced level of English.
• Spanish level is not required but it is valuable.
• Analytical capacity of planning organization analysis and management.
• Being able to create training material.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to perform assessments consistently and fairly.
• High learning capacity and ability to apply new information systems and work methods.
• Capacity to work in detail reviewing all process and task.
• Clear understanding of key objectives.
• Valuable previous Team management experience.

Benefits

What do we offer you

• Salary of 24000 gross per year 12 months pay.
• Permanent contract (1 month trial period) of 39 hours per week from Monday to Saturday (alternating).
• The work schedule will be from 9h to 19h with one regular rotating day per week.
• 4 weeks training from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18h (with one hour for lunch) and Friday from 9h to 16h.
• Hybrid work.
