Analyst - Retail Operations

Job Purpose

Responsible for production support and operations of Retail Systems using Microsoft Dynamics

Retail Commerce cloud for Jashanmal Group. First level of support for Retail stores; coordinate

with internal teams as well as partner to troubleshoot and resolve store issues as per set SLO.

Key Accountabilities:

Validate troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by business users.

Remotely provide first level of business support to retail outlets on 15X7 basis and ensure

maximum system availability.

Support and assist business departments in data reconciliation.

Responsible for routine retail operations activities such as sales postings price and

promotion updates.

Remote configuration of POS Machine Barcode handheld & related POS devices.

Provide support to backoffice teams in physical stock count process.

Conduct user training as required.

Adopt and improve the onsite IT processes documentation and best practices.

Ensure availability of Daily reports for business users.

Perform price and system updates as initiated by the business team.

Enable discounts and promotions in stores as initiated by the business team.

Support discount card issues.

Support CRM data capture issues.

Generate reports and provide data extracts as and when required.

Perform reconciliation activities on regular basis for store sales.

Purchase order capture function for stores and wholesale purchases.

Work with Infrastructure partners for store site activities.

Work with Software Development partners for retail module fixes and testing.

Documentation is important for maintaining the team knowledge base actively contribute

to keep all official documents updated.

Requirements

Experience of working in Dynamics AX/Commerce is preferred.

Bachelor s or higher degree in any stream.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support functions.

ITIL certification preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics retail functions.

Working knowledge of setup and configuration of retail services.

Industry experience in Retail preferred.

Basic knowledge of SQL query and running batch scripts.

Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.

Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.

Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication

cloud.

Industry certifications for Technology (Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau) preferred.
