Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst Lead to join our team and spearhead complex engagements within the Retail Banking Digital sector with a particular focus on Mobile Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams delivering agileled projects and influencing senior stakeholders to drive successful business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

1. Lead and mentor a team of senior Business Analysts on complex and largescale engagements.
2. Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment ensuring the professional growth and development of team members.

Retail Banking Digital Expertise:

1. Bring strong experience in Retail Banking Digital engagements with a deep understanding of mobile platform strategies development and implementation.
2. Identify and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and objectives.

AgileLed Delivery:

1. Utilize extensive experience in agile methodologies to guide project delivery ensuring responsiveness and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.

Stakeholder Influence:

1. Influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including Sponsors Managing Directors and other key decisionmakers.
2. Communicate complex ideas and project progress effectively gaining buyin and support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 15 years of experience in Business Analysis with a significant portion of this in Retail Banking Digital engagements.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing senior BA teams on complex projects.
3. Proven expertise in agileled project delivery with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
