Digital Onboarding Senior Associate

Capital Bank is looking for a Digital Onboarding Senior Associate who will be responsible for onboarding Institutional Banking customers on the online Banking channels, provide the customers with the needed users and training sessions, enhance the existing services offered through the channels, being part of the testing new features/services.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and activate the Online banking channels for Institutional Banking customers.
• Conduct training sessions for Institutional Banking customers to brief them with the features and services that can be done through the channels.
• Participate in the digital onboarding journey which should enforce the customers to use the online banking channels instead of manual transactions.
• Unlock users of clients, handling phone calls received, and follow all the complaints received if needed.
• Conduct training sessions for all business teams for any new release related to the online Banking channels.
• Participate in the testing related to online Banking channels for all countries “Jordan, Iraq and KSA”.
• Participate in preparing the needed CRs/BRDs based on the business requirements.
• Submit daily reports of the work progress to the direct manager.
• Ensure the safety and security of the department and information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts in Banking, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Transaction Banking / Online Banking Channels.
