Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Representative with a background in interior design or architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. As a Client Representative you will be responsible for understanding client requirements preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) creating designs and coordinating with clients to address any workrelated issues or updates.
**Responsibilities:
1.Client Interaction:Act as the primary point of contact for clients establishing and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
2.Site Visits:Conduct site visits to assess project requirements gather measurements and gain a thorough understanding of client needs and preferences.
3.Bills of Quantities (BOQ):Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate and detailed BOQs including materials quantities and cost estimates in alignment with project specifications.
4.Design Development:Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet their aesthetic and practical preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
5.Coordination:Serve as a liaison between clients and internal project teams ensuring seamless communication and coordination to achieve project objectives.
6.ProblemSolving:Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the project offering creative solutions to meet client needs and maintain project timelines.
7.Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation including design plans BOQs correspondence and change orders to ensure accuracy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
8.Updates and Reporting:Keep clients informed of project progress milestones and any deviations from the original scope providing timely updates and reports as needed.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
2. Proven experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and developing interior design concepts.
3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or Revit.
4. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
6. Flexibility to travel to client sites within Bangalore as needed and work outside of standard business hours to accommodate project requirements.
7. Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
8. Knowledge of construction processes materials and industry trends.
9. Previous experience in clientfacing roles or project management is preferred.
