Operations Assistant - Customer Financing

FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND INC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Processes bank financing and refinancing account for a particular bank within the given standard processing time starting from the endorsement of account information and documents to banks reviewing of bank guaranty and lastly until loan payments are received and completed in the system.

2. Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists clients (buyers and partner banks) through phone email or facetoface interaction to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the bank loan to be processed within the given standard processing time.

3. Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/ completed within a set turnaround time.

4. Sends daily productivity/ accomplishment report to the Customer FinancingBank Team Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English Filipino
• Preferably Less than 1year of experience specialized in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
