Position: Product Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our quantum computing software products. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategy roadmap and execution of our software products in the rapidly evolving field of quantum computing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the quantum computing industry

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and sales to define product features and specifications

Prioritize and manage the product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of product releases

Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives

Stay uptodate with advancements and developments in quantum computing technology and incorporate them into product strategy

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product

Communicate product updates and developments to internal teams and external stakeholders

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging

Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends to inform product decisions

Manage the product budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the software industry

Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and technology

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products

Experience with agile development methodologies

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with market research and analysis

Knowledge of product management tools and software
