Job Description

Position : Sales Manager

Work Hours (Client) : Standard working hours in the PH timezon 85 or 96

Holidays : PH Holidays

Pay Range : $1100$2000 (Philippine candidate)/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company/Client Overview:

The industry is automotive. Specifically auto parts for trucks and buses. We manufacture auto parts in Vietnam and plan to sell in the overseas market (outside of Vietnam)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We seek an outgoing team player to join the company in a Sales position. In this role the successful candidate will educate potential customers about the company and the products they offer.

This role will focus exclusively on new sales through outbound lead generation and will periodically be assigned inbound leads and contacts.

This is a contract remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities developing and implementing sales strategies managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities negotiating contracts and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities and develop/implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
