• Become the friendly voice (or email/chat) that guides customers through their rental car journey.
• Assist with reservations cancellations billing and answer questions about our extensive rental options.
• Be a brand ambassador suggesting car types and services to perfectly match customer needs.
• Help us grow by gathering information and processing customer inquiries efficiently.
