Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for developing production ready software following a defined software development process.
2) Analysing specifications developing unit designs and developing software
3) Responsible for configuration and integration of software using tools like Vector Davinci Configurator Vector Davinci Developer and other similar AUTOSAR stack
4) Software development and Configuration of Autosar BSW modules DCM DEM NvM OS EcuM SchM MCAL Drivers CDD Module and communication protocols CAN LIN Ethernet I2C SPI> RTE Configuration
5) Responsible for Peer Review Unit Testing and verifying functionality
6) Work with project leader/Manager to support estimation and planning in an interactive development environment.
7) Comply with project plans company quality policies and industry standards
Requirements
BE/B tech/ME/MTech or equivalent with 67 years of experience in automotive domain
Good experience in software development and configuration of AUTOSAR BSW modules DCM DEM NvM OS EcuM SchM MCAL Drivers CDD Module and communication protocols CAN LIN Ethernet I2C SPI & RTE Configuration
Working experience in AUTOSAR Framework using DAVINCI(Tool) developer and Configurator for Automotive software.
Must have strong knowledge in AUTOSAR classic platform
Good knowledge in communication protocol like CAN LIN SPI UDS Ethernet
Knowledge in ISO26262
Must have strong knowledge in C programming language and Embedded coding
Knowledge in scripting languages Python & VBA
Worked in configuration management software like Jira SVN
Experience in maturity models such as CMMI and ASPICE
Good leadership skills & project management skills to lead a team of 56 members
Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members and also with customer and sales
Japanese language with minimum JLPT N4 certification. N3 preferable.
Mandatory Skills:
C/C Embedded C AUTOSAR Tools Multicore Microcontroller & AUTOSAR compliance SW Development Experience
Experience in Protocols CANUDS LIN Ethernet
AUTOSAR Tools expertise in Vector DAVINCI configurator and developer/EB TRESOS
Tools expertise in CANoe CAN analyzer CANape

Embedded C,C++,Python,Visual Basic MATLAB Simulink,M-Scripting Good Knowledge in Hardware in Loop Environment. Strong Knowledge on Communication protocol/Diagnostic protocols like CAN (ISO 11898-6),LIN,OBD2, UDS etc. Strong knowledge on VECTOR tools like CANoe,CANalYzer, CANape & VN devices / VT system. Strong knowledge on dSPACE tools like ControlDesk,ConfigurationDesk,AutomationDesk etc Good Knowledge in Powertrain,Electric Vehicle,AD/ADAS.
