We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as an Italian or Frenchspeaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian or French speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email/phone calls.

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work type: Remote or Onsite

Requirements:

Italian or French C1/C2 level

English B2 level

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Selfsufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)

No previous experience required
