JDO Global is seeking a diligent and highly organised Office Admin and Social Media Coordinatorto join our team.

In addition to your salary everyone at JDO gets:

FriYays: Beyond the standard holiday allowance of 20 days (plus a day for your birthday if it falls on a weekday) you get the last Friday of each month off. We also close between Christmas and New Year.

JDOX: Recently launched we are starting to offer an exchange programme between our studios which allows people 12 weeks in New York. This is to help form closer bonds amongst our expanding teams as well as enable people to gather experience of different markets and cultures.

Family: Enhanced HR policies beyond statutory e.g. sickness and maternity

The role is based in our London Bridge Studio and the hours of work at 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

    PA Support:

    • Provide onetoone support to London MD London CD and Head of Strategy managing appointments timesheets and expenses.

    Office Operations:

    • Phone Reception: Ensure external callers phone calls are answered.
    • Ensure smooth office operations in London. Including managing supplies addressing buildingrelated issues and overseeing cleanliness. Undertake physical tasks as required such as moving equipment and tidying up.
    • Event Management: Manage budgets and logistics of adhoc events and team building activities.
    • Administrative Tasks: Execute administrative duties such as running errand and liaising with internal functions.
    • Project Assistance: Assist the Managing Director with Ad hoc project work coordinating with clients providers and suppliers.
    • Compliance and H&S: Oversee office security enforce policies and manage health and safety assessments in the London Studio and for adhoc events.

    Social Media Implement social media strategies

    • Manage content (images videos and written) across our socials channels
    • Monitor and report social media performance
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and platform updates
    • Respond to comments messages and mentions on social media regularly
    • Collaborate with the team to create social media campaigns
    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
    • Implement and maintain social media content calendar/posting

    Experience/Skills Necessary

    • Strong project management skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills are a must
    • Proficiency in project management software and creative tools (e.g. Keynote Adobe Creative Suite Excel).
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering
