What were looking for

At Plato we are building a datadriven workflow platform that makes using an ERP system as easy and pleasant as using your iPhone literally . As one of our teams founding members you will lead our frontend development and create an unrivaled user experience across devices for a user base which has long been underserved UX/UIwise think the AirBnB of ERPs . Our datadriven interface is central to everything we do at Plato and as such this role will involve close collaboration with our data science product design and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is a natural problemsolver who is not afraid to get handson and take the initiative in implementing new ways in which we can quickly analyze implement and build upon suggestions from our product proposals. As a candidate you will not only cooperate with the design team but you can think of yourself as a fullstack resource that will closely cooperate with our CoFounder & CTO and fill gaps as a flexible team player where needed.

What youd be working on

• Build a superior UX/UI of a datadriven vertical SaaS platform from the ground up in which users from wholesale distributors spend 50% of their daily work time
• Design flexible and configurable frontend interfaces that display data from many different sources
• Develop dashboards and workflows integrating cutting edge AI algorithms in an easily digestible format
• Work closely with the product and design team to ship integral parts of the product and define the life of millions
• Write and deploy highperformance realtime ERPintegrations as part of our engineering team
• Writing composable frontends
• Own and configure our product development process from within the engineering department with a large degree of freedom and customer interaction if you wish
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to build a data product that our endusers love

What you bring along

• 35 years of experience in frontend engineering; highgrowth tech company experience is a plus
• You have practical experience with Next.js TypeScript and React
• You are fluent in relevant design patterns and other frontend engineering best practices
• Confident designing frontend architecture and passionate about performance
• You think about systems and services and write highquality code
• You dont have problems with unit testing GWT structure (Jest Cypress Jasmine Mocha etc.)
• Experience with microfrontends mono repositories and client and server side rendering (CSR SSR)
• Preferably have a degree in computer science or similar

• Technical interview with our founder and CTO

Step 3: Onsite interview

• One technical interview with our tech team
• One Interview with our product designer
• Meet the rest of the team

Step 4: Additional founder interview

• Interview with the third founder

Step 5: Offer

• Congratulations! We are convinced by your skills and personality and see a great fit! You will get an offer from us including an appropriate share package.
• Before sending the offer we ask you to provide 23 contacts for us to do some reference checks.

We are moving fast and we also want to grow our team fast that is why we are trying to conclude the whole process within a short time (24 weeks).
