Linux SUSE Manager/Saltstack Admin Responsible for integration of systems on the existing infrastructure.
Understanding of EMC SAN network architectures and network security practices are beneficial.

Daily monitoring and maintenance of over several servers.
Perform back up file replications and script management for servers.
Test and apply new software and maintenance patches including patch management services.
Solid fundamental knowledge of networking: basic operation of TCP UDP and routing. Working knowledge of DNS DHCP and SMTP. Working knowledge of HTTP and HTTPs and the Apache web server.
An understanding of VMWARE virtualization technologies a plus.
Experience with SAN devices and RAID configuration preferred.
Working knowledge of installation tools for RHEL 5 and 6 including Kickstart PXE YUM and RHN required.
Create and maintain custom packages for the RPM Package Manager (RPM).
Understanding of disaster recovery implementations.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fastpaced growing and evolving environment

BE / BTech preferably in Information Management or Computer Science with minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Systems Administration in global environments.
RHCE/RHCA certification would be plus.
At least 4 years of experience managing mission critical Unix (AIX or Solaris) and Linux systems with proven involvement in operations requiring for stringent uptime service levels.
Brings sound expertise in ITIL processes like Incident Management Change Management Release & Configuration Management Availability Management
Candidate should have experience in working with core linux and should be capable in customized installation of PHP MySQL and Apache/Nginx.
Create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from key stakeholders.
Experience of clustering and Load balancing Good Unix administration background (AIX / Solaris / HPUX / RHEL / SuSE)
Understanding of third party application patching & day to day interaction with onsite teams to resolve incidents
