- Developing and implementing strategies and programs for sales promoting and marketing of properties.
- To construct the marketing strategies and programs in order to achieve sales targets.
- In charge of maintaining and updating all advertising and promotional materials at the sales office and the show unit.
- Manage sales gallery and show units.
- Provide feedback of customers requirements and comments to management.
- Ensure that the sales reports are prepared and updated on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure and verify information accuracy on the SPA Sales From and all other documents before forwarded to the sales administration department.
- Organize events roadshows and exhibitions to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Conduct SWOT analysis competitor analysis and detailed market research.
- Prepare promotion and advertising materials.
- Coordinate sales kits mailing list and other materials for programs like product awareness.
- Create and execute effective promotion and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with solicitors for legal documentation government bodies on statutory requirements guidelines regulation financial institutions on endfinancing matters etc.
- Manage Developers License (DL) and Sales & Advertising Permit (AP) application extension and renewal.
- Liaise with banks regarding end financing.
Requirements
- Have at least a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Have over 5 years of experience in property development industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with fluency in professional English. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Exhibit a positive work ethic and resultsdriven mindset with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach and the capability to work independently.
