Talent Acquisition Executive

• Oversee the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
  
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Utilise various sourcing methods to attract top talent such as job boards and employee referrals.
  
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the organisation.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  
• Manage the excel sheet to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate records.
  
• Facilitate the offer process including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitmentrelated matters.
  
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and efficiency.
  
• Assist with other HR operations tasks as needed including employee onboarding offboarding and compliance activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on recruitment.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing highvolume recruitment processes.
  
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
