- Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of performance
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Reporting functions, monitoring timeliness and accuracy, and ensuring compliance with standard accounting procedures and company policies
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and execution
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring the preservation of strong business relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Forecasting and setting the budget for all SSC teams
- Manage resources effectively to achieve organisational goals
