In this dynamic role youll engage with a diverse clientele and handle various presentations including atrisk cases. Conduct clinical assessments triage effectively maintain accurate records and ensure client safety. We offer continuous training to enhance your skills.

Tasks

Role:

• Telephone and video in the moment support
• Work in a Solution Focused way
• Risk Assessments
• Safe Guarding

Requirements

• Level 4 Counselling qualification
• Minimum 100 hours of supervised counselling
• Proficiency in telephone counselling
• Strong communication skills
• Solutionoriented approach
• BACP or equivalent membership
