DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The City of Austin D/B/A Austin Energy requires the services of a IT Network Consultant undefined title hereafter referred to as Worker who meets the general qualifications of an IT Network Consultant undefined title and the specifications outlined in this document for Austin Energy.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
We seek a driven resultsoriented individual to support the network team. This individuals primary responsibilities will be supporting the building moving to production of the ScienceLogic technology and providing ongoing support and maintenance of the network components supported by that implementation. The primary responsibilities of this position are:
Support the building and configuration of the ScienceLogic infrastructure.
Create test and move to production the alerting capabilities for the supported network devices.
Monitoring and identification of network events that require mitigation.
Troubleshooting and resolution of escalated network events.
