Must Have skills

Experience in NOC Support with 5 yrs.
Telco experience and/or telco vendor management
Ability to understand install diagnose troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Cross functional support and collaborate well with partner teams including corporate networking facilities security IT and logistics.
Ability to support and follow standard processes resolving with the SLA documentation of NOC Operations Process
Experience modifying configuration templates.

Good to Have but negotiable

Knowledge of any programming language will be added benefit (Java/Python etc)

Education Qualification Preference (If any)

Diploma or Graduate with relevant domain experience

If any specific Domain Knowledge required (if yes specify)

Good knowledge of Transmission Technologies Network Architecture of Data/Voice Transmission Network Subsea DWDM OTN & SDH architecture and applications Performance & Characteristics of Transmission Network Nodes and Transmission Network Fault Management
