PositionBusiness Development Executive
LocationBangalore
Notice PeriodImmediate joiner or maximum 15 days
ExperienceFreshers or maximum 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Should have strong reach with cold calling mails & Virtual demos for the product
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc
Identifying profitable business opportunities
Ability to generate leads from scratch using various channels of network
Conducting extensive market research
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and
guidelines
Nurturing relationships with clients
Analyzing market trends
Tracking business performance
Allocating and managing the company s resources
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills:
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive sales executive or sr. sales executive (Freshers can apply)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Master s Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a business development or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
